Accountant access in FreeAgent

@seb_ly and all @freeagent users. Make sure your accountant updates FreeAgent once he/she has completed your annual accounts.

To me it states the “bleedin’ obvious” i.e. you want the figures inFreeAgent to be accurate and include any adjustments made to the figures by your accountant at your year end.
But not all accountants do this and more interestingly if you have only allowed ‘Accountant’ access as a user they probably will not be able to adjust your figures as they are unable to enter journal entries.
That’s one reason why you should allow your accountant ‘full’ access. I know there are a whole host of reasons why you shouldn’t but speaking as an accountant it’s almost impossible to review Freeagent without full access.
